God slayer - D&D 3.5
a desert city with a population of roughly 3000. Akkad has a clear separation of classes, with the nobles living in well built homes and the peasantry living in shacks and abandoned buildings on the edges of Akkad Proper. the town is clearly run by the nobles and the prince is little more than a figurehead. many of the nobles are collectors of ancient artifacts and old tomes so it will be easy to find a collector to sell such items to. the town survives mostly on trade with Freeport and Soul Grave.
